Get What You Need, When You Need It!

A business coach or consultant used to be considered a luxury; is that still true today, in this economy?  With the tectonic plates shifting under us, changing the landscape almost weekly, it is all most entrepreneurs can do to keep their eyes on their own business, much less the changes looming in the whole business environment.  Another pair of eyes-someone whose business it is to watch those changes, and assess how they may affect what you are doing-is that a luxury or a necessity in this brave new world?

Many people are finding that what they went to school for is no longer relevant; they may have to find a new direction if they are to survive in these emerging market realities.  This is new and uncharted territory, and I am hearing of the need for some guidance and insight on how to adapt, what changes are needed-but at the same time, it isn’t a good time to lock into a lengthy contract with a consultant.  I understand that dilemma.

After several conversations with many of you and some serious thinking on my part, I’ve decided to change our current policy.  CSC had been offering a one hour time slot per month, just as an introductory to what the process would be like once there was a contract for the monthly program.  I realize that now, in this stressed climate, that full-scale monthly program has been inappropriate for many small businesses; well, not anymore.  CSC is adapting to the new realities, too.

Now, we will have the flexibility for you to arrange  whatever hourly sessions you need in any given month, and schedule them when you need them.  The investment per session is only $75.  No matter what your concern, you can now have the adviser you’ve been wishing you could afford, in a way that is appropriate to your budget.
